Welcome to PorrasMD.com. This website is owned and operated by Porras Consulting LLC (Wyoming, USA).By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Our services are not intended for residents of the United States. By using this website, you confirm that you are not a resident of the USA and that using our services does not violate any laws or regulations in your country of residence.
2. Services Offered
We provide online Functional Medicine consultations with Dr. Fernando Porras, who is licensed to practice in Costa Rica and Dubai.
Important Notice:
All consultations are for educational and wellness purposes within the scope of Functional Medicine. They do not replace conventional medical care. Dr. Porras practices under his licenses in Costa Rica and Dubai.
3. Scheduling and Payment
By booking an appointment, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal and health information.
Make full payment at the time of booking via Stripe.
Enter into a binding agreement for the consultation.
Follow the recommendations provided during the consultation.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed on the website and may be modified at any time.
Fees do not include laboratory tests, medications, or supplements.
We do not accept health insurance.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Must be requested in writing via email at least 48 hours before the appointment.
No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
Refunds will be processed via Stripe to the original payment method (up to 7 business days). Transaction fees may apply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Porras Consulting LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Porras Consulting LLC and Dr. Fernando Porras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the website, or any services provided, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San José, Costa Rica. By using this website and our services, you expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts and waive any right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
